The company maintains a Quality Management System accredited to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 for the marketing, sales and order processing of mineral sands. The ISO certification is annually audited, updated and improved.
Iluka operates a zircon testing facility capable of measuring the whiteness of test tiles glazed with opacifier produced from zircon sand. Production of ceramic grade zircon is monitored by the Zircon Test Facility to ensure a consistent, premium product.
