Iluka employs approximately 1,100 employees. Contract mining and other activities account for an estimated 1,000 contractors. Iluka has operations in Western Australia (Mid West, South West); Victoria (Murray Basin) and the United States (Virginia).
As part of the company’s strategy to grow the mineral sands business, Iluka is establishing new operations in South Australia and has a significant exploration program to identify new development opportunities.
